The Position Will:
The Mental Health Specialist works within the unit/cottage, implementing individual and group programs through care, supervision, monitoring, and direction of residents, focusing on activities related to health, education, welfare, and maintaining the physical environment and records.
*On-Site Training!*
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience. Exceptions may be considered based on agency needs.
* Must be at least 21 years old, per DCFS regulations.
* First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
* Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
Position Located in: Lake Villa, Illinois
$16.50 – $19.88/hour
+$3.60/hour shift differential
Additional work experience will be added to the pay scale.
