An innovative, fast-growing health and beauty scale-up is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join their expanding team. Backed by leading investors and operating at the intersection of tech, wellness, and personal care, this business is revolutionising how customers experience skincare, haircare, and health solutions.
Your new role
As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering CRM strategies across multiple brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to influence CRM strategy across three distinct business units, each with its own customer journeys and growth potential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) across the full customer lifecycle
2. Develop segmentation strategies and dynamic content to enhance engagement and loyalty
3. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise through A/B testing and a test-and-learn approach
4. Collaborate with design, copywriting, and product teams to deliverpelling, on-brandmunications
5. Support key growth projects including new product launches and site enhancements
What you’ll need to succeed:
6. 3+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within DTC, subscription, or beauty/wellness sectors
7. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Iterable) and analytics tools
8. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
9. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
10. A passion for customer experience and driving long-term loyalty
