ONP Solicitors, part of theMovera Group is seeking a Declaration of Trust Case Manager to play a pivotal role in our conveyancing and remortgage processes.

You'll take full ownership of cases, from initial file opening to completion, expertly advising clients and brokers on complex property ownership options and drafting essential legal documents.

Built on the heritage and passion of experienced legal services businesses including ONP Solicitors and Cavendish Legal Group, we're here to transform the moving market for the better, covering everything from conveyancing and remortgaging to Private Client, Wills, and Probate services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of declarations of trust as part of the conveyancing and re-mortgage process
* Caseload Management dealing with files from opening through to completion, ensuring all files are progressed in a timely manner
* Stakeholder liaison including communication with borrowers, brokers and clients.
* Provide expert advice on property ownership options, drafting all necessary correspondence and declarations of trust.
* Maintain meticulous records within the Visual Files case management system, ensuring timely communication via phone and email
* Optimise the client experience through effective use of our conveyancing technology.
* Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and ONP company policy, taking on additional duties as required by the business.

Person Specification:

* Previous experience managing a Declaration of Trust caseload desirable but not essential
* Resilient with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, consistently meeting strict deadlines.
* Demonstrates a professional telephone manner and excellent listening skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-level customer service.
* Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and numerical abilities
* Self-starting team player with a committed to continuous personal and professional development.
