Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their Leicester based sales team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a team in a sales environment, and take responsibility promoting products and services, and Managing relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve performance targets.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training on products and sales techniques.
* Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
* Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Oversee order processing and ensure compliance with internal systems and procedures.
* Support inventory planning based on seasonal demand and customer forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous sales leadership within a busy sales office
* Previous phone coaching experience
* Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
* Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management - all training will be provided
* Experience within manufacturing industries highly desirable
* Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
