As our Head of Client Solutions, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering innovative, client-focused strategies across our portfolio. Your Role and Impact
As the Head of Client Solutions, you will be the driving force behind the creation, implementation, and evolution of best-in-class client engagement strategies across our portfolio.
Specifically, you will:
* Design and execute innovative, data-driven client solutions that accelerate revenue growth and drive tangible value for each of our Joint Ventures.
* Specifically identify and target RPO, MSP, and SOW opportunities across our group's client base.
* Lead and develop our group bid process.
* Work together with our CEO’s and leadership teams on business development, key account management, and strategic client relationships, ensuring every business is equipped to thrive.
* Collaborate with RE’s leadership team to develop and refine digital solutions that improve client and candidate experiences, shaping the future of recruitment technology and positioning our businesses at the cutting edge of recruitment innovation.
* Continuously assess market shifts and competitor landscapes to refine solution-led commercial strategies for our clients, ensuring our portfolio businesses stay ahead of the curve.
* Equip recruitment teams with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks needed to excel in client acquisition and retention, championing a culture of continuous improvement and solution-led delivery.

Who We’re Looking For
To excel in this leadership role, you’ll need:
* 5+ Years in Senior Recruitment & Business Development with a demonstrable track record in winning, managing, and growing key client relationships.
* Have a curious, solution-selling mindset towards client development.
* Proven ability to develop and implement business development strategies that deliver measurable results across multiple teams or businesses.
* A track record in bid processes, statement of work, RPO, and MSP programs.
* A strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities enabling you to steer complex client engagements.
* Experience in leveraging or influencing digital solutions within recruitment, with a keen interest in staying ahead of emerging tech trends.
* Adept at collaborating with C-level executives, portfolio founders, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and engagement at every level.
