About the role
Toucanberry Tech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join us on a part time, fully remote basis. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to grow into a Full time position as our business scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Process timesheets and expenses for contractors and employees.
* Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payment tracking.
* Draft, issue, and renew employment and contractor contracts.
* Oversee contract renewals and maintain accurate documentation.
* Manage holiday tracking and leave records.
* Support ad hoc payroll and operations tasks as required.
About you
* Experience in payroll administration or operations
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
