About the role...
In this Designer role, this isn’t just about design, it’s about shaping the future of brands. As Senior Designer, you’ll lead the creation of brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences from concept through to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms, pushing creative boundaries while ensuring everything is commercially effective. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior designers, setting the standard for exceptional craft and inspiring the team to elevate their output.
About you…
To be considered for this Designer role, you'll be an experienced brand designer with 6+ years in the industry, confident working across brand, digital, and creative direction. With a strategic mindset, you know how to translate brand positioning into powerful design systems and bring them to life across platforms. Your skills span typography, colour, layout, and digital-first thinking, with hands-on experience designing for web, UI/UX, and interactive experiences. You’re meticulous in execution, fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and confident presenting your ideas to both clients and colleagues. Above all, you’re proactive, collaborative, and driven by a restless ambition to make the work better every time.
You'll be happy working in the studio 4 days a week as part of a collaborative team!
