The role – Grocery National Account Manager (French‑speaking)
* A rare chance for a UK‑focused Grocery NAM to step into an international remit and expand their commercial experience.
* Develop and grow international grocery retailers, driving commercial performance, distribution, visibility and brand growth across the grocery channel.
* Lead full end‑to‑end account management: planning, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations and in‑market execution.
* Shape market strategy, identify growth opportunities and build strong commercial partnerships across the region.
* Work closely with marketing, supply, category and leadership to ensure strong cross‑functional alignment and deliver best‑in‑class execution.
Ideal candidate
* A strong Grocery NAM/SNAM with experience managing major UK grocery retailers or someone with international retail or distributor experience.
* Fluent French speaker (professional level) - essential for customer engagement and market ownership.
* Commercially sharp, confident negotiating with top customers, and comfortable working with data, forecasting and P&L.
* Self‑driven, resilient, and excited by the chance to own a market and deliver real influence within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.
Benefits & details
* £60–70k base salary (depending on experience)
* 25% bonus, £6k car allowance & full benefits package
* Office‑based two days per week in Bedfordshire
