We're now looking for a Operational Administrator to join our operation and drive success.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Create vehicles for inbound receipt
* Closure of inbound loads in a timely fashion
* Allocation of shipments
* Maintain log of routes and pieces allocated
* Production of pick sheets, receive truck reports and any other DLx reports as required
* Production of delivery notes and labels
* Basic printer maintenance to ensure quality of print maintained
* Management of COP tables to allow closure of outbound loads
* Reporting and recording of CPK Sameday shortages
* Monitoring of Edi & processing errors as they occur
* Monitoring and re-processing errors in DLx
* Liaise with DHL HelpDesk as required and follow escalation paths
* Management of office consumables
* Assist Shift Manager/Team Leader in allocating work and dealing with drivers

* Good communication skills at all levels
* Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Ability to handle difficult internal and external customers in a cool, courteous and efficient manner
