Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of the end-to-end recruitment strategy. Partner with senior leaders to forecast and meet workforce needs. Manage and inspire the talent acquisition team. Drive high-volume campaigns and innovative sourcing methods. Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive candidate experience. Skills & Experience Proven track record in senior recruitment or talent acquisition roles. Experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Knowledge of professional career pathways (e.g., legal, apprenticeships). Data-driven approach with ATS and recruitment analytics expertise.
