Job Description
A local Smethwick mainstream primary school setting are seeking a full-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistant to work in their SEND support resource hub.
The school operate a resource hub provision but in this role you will also be doing interventions with selected children, you will be given full support to do this from the school’s staff including the fantastic SENCo.
The successful applicant will be required to work full-time (Monday to Friday) on the hours of 08:30 to 15:30 during term-time only.
Whilst school based experience would be beneficial, the school are very keen to hire the right applicant and therefore are happy to consider applicants with transferrable experience such as; residential, support or care support backgrounds.

This role pays on a weekly basis on a PAYE day rate ranging from £92.44 to £97.02 per day dependent on experience and qualifications.
