We are currently recruiting for a First Line Support Technician to join a busy IT Helpdesk team on a 3-month contract based in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Log, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate to second-line support when necessary
* Provide support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Requirements
* Previous experience in a first-line IT support or helpdesk role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking principles
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
