Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 Per Annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced social worker with a wealth of experience in working with Children Looked After and foster parents. If you have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and fostering standards, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent
* Experience working with children and young people, including Children Looked After
* A comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation supporting Fostering and Children Looked After
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deputize for the Registered Manager as needed
* Supervise team members as determined by the Registered Manager
* Support, supervise, and empower foster parents to reach their full potential
* Monitor and ensure compliance among foster parents and staff
* Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals to prioritize safeguarding and positive outcomes
