We're now scaling our commercial team and looking for a people-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, win new clients, and shape our market presence across the UK.
What's the role?
You'll be out there developing new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals across our portfolio of services, from penetration testing and advisory services through to IASME Cyber Essentials certifications.
* Run client meetings and presentations.
* Translate technical services into clear business value.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts.
* Work closely with our consultants to deliver tailored solutions.
* Represent Securebytes at industry events and networking opportunities.
* As we are a small but growing business, there will be a requirement to actively prospect through cold email and telephone outreach to build our client base.

Who are we looking for?
You might already be selling in cyber security, IT services, or consultancy, or you might bring proven B2B sales experience with the drive to break into tech and cyber. What matters most is your ability to build trust, spot opportunities, and close deals.
* Proven sales / business development experience (B2B, technology, consultancy or cyber security).
* Strong communicator who can engage with decision-makers at all levels.
* Self-starter with initiative, energy, and resilience.
* Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel to client sites and events.
Cyber security knowledge (e.g. penetration testing, compliance frameworks, IASME, ISO is a big plus, but we'll invest in training the right person.
