We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team at The Harry Care Home. We need you to be able to plan and organise daily, weekly and monthly activities for our residents, develop a wide range of activities to cater for their diverse interests, both within and outside the home and in the community. You will need to coordinate and facilitate special events such as birthday parties and holiday celebrations and collaborate with other staff members and relatives to promote and provide opportunities for socialization and meaningful engagement. You will be required to maintain necessary electronic and paper documentation related to resident participation in activities, continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of activities as needed and assist residents to use technology to communicate with their friends and families.
