Our client, a leading Financial Services institution is seeking a Compliance Officer on a full-time, contract basis. This role is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting time to join a thriving organization who are seeking a Compliance professional with strong Quality Assurance and regulatory policy expertise to join the Risk and Compliance function in the firm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality monitoring reviews, interpreting regulatory frameworks and overseeing general compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor, interpret and communicate regulatory developments, publications and communications * Conduct details QA assessments to ensure all internal policies are adhered to, whilst meeting all regulatory expectations * Review all regulatory publications / communications * Perform administrative duties within the Compliance function of the firm * Contribute to dayto-day governance activities and project work * Assist in ensuring all internal policies and governance is maintained and adhered to Key Experience: * Strong experience in compliance monitoring, quality assurance or advisory, ideally within a regulated environment * Strong understanding of PRA / FCA regulations and compliance risk * Ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team * Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels * Previous experience in banking or financial institution is a must This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving organization on a 6-month contract, working closely with the Compliance and Regulatory departments.
