In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional support, using your expertise to help them regulate their emotions and provide a safe space for learning about their feelings in a structured environment. A strong understanding of emotional and social development in children is essential. Your ability to work empathetically and supportively with young people is crucial. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role or relevant training in emotional well-being strategies.
