Are you passionate about supporting young people in their emotional development? HCFS is looking for a dedicated Thrive Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional support, using your expertise to help them regulate their emotions and provide a safe space for learning about their feelings in a structured environment. A strong understanding of emotional and social development in children is essential. Your ability to work empathetically and supportively with young people is crucial. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role or relevant training in emotional well-being strategies.
