Role – Solution Architect

The Role
The Solution Architect/Consultant will lead the architecture and strategic deployment of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEP, AJO, CJA, and Adobe Target. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong client‑facing consulting skills.
Your responsibilities
* Define customer journeys, data schemas, segmentation logic, and personalization strategies.
* Guide API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, and real‑time activation.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders on strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning.
* Ensure governance, quality, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.
* Support development teams through design reviews, documentation, and best practices.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
* Deep expertise in AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Target.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and data engineering principles.
* Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs.
* Proven experience in customer journey orchestration and personalization use cases.
* Excellent communication and consulting skills.
* Airline/CRM experience.
