New Homes Sales Manager
We’re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to complement our team covering the Bristol, Somerset & Devon area's. The main purpose of this role is win instructions to new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area.
OTE - £60,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager
7. Recruitment, training and management of new homes sales staff
8. Managing the cross selling of services
9. Liaison with our Area Manager and Branch teams to influence performance;
10. Liaison with our Marketing teams to deliver on strategy
11. Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy on developments of varying sizes
12. Account management with our developer clients ensuring opportunities for repeat business;
13. Visiting developments and branches within the area;
14. Internal reporting where necessary
15. Attending conferences and management meetings where required
16. Auditing of branches and sites to check actions are followed
17. Working with our Land and New Business staff to help identify opportunities for future business
18. Working with conveyancers and brokers to maximise sales pipeline conversion
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Manager
19. Estate Agency experience essential
20. New homes sales experience either for a developer or within estate agency (both would be an advantage)
21. A passion for customer service
22. Ability to manage and influence others
23. Attention to detail
24. Ability to adapt to the varying needs of others
25. IT literate
26. Up to date knowledge of marketing tools
