Sales Training & Briefing Executive – Automotive Industry - Must be based in the Greater Manchester Area
Location: Greater Manchester Area with UK-wide travel + monthly visit to Manchester office
Salary: £30k plus upselling uncapped commission package and car allowance
We’re looking for a confident, client-focused Sales Training & Briefing Executive to join our growing Academy Training team in the automotive industry. This is a hands-on role that blends staff coordination, logistics planning, and client relationship management. You’ll also play a key role in identifying upselling opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and client engagement.

About the Role:
As a Sales Training & Briefing Executive, you’ll be the key link between our clients and field teams — representing our projects on the ground and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process. You'll lead on-site and online staff briefings to ensure showroom teams are well-prepared and operations run smoothly from start to finish. Regular client interaction is a core part of the role, along with identifying opportunities to add value and offer additional services where it makes sense. The successful candidate will be expected to attend monthly team meetings, professional development sessions, and strategic planning discussions at our Head Office in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver clear and effective staff briefing sessions to clients, ensuring all project details are fully understood and executed flawlessly.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted and reliable point of contact for the business.
* Plan and coordinate logistics to allocate jobs efficiently and keep projects running smoothly.
* Communicate effectively in-person and virtually, adapting to diverse audiences and settings.
* Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending additional services or solutions.
* Confidently present and represent the brand to clients and internal teams across all levels.
* Travel as required to client sites and office locations throughout the UK.
* Primarily based in the Greater Manchester Area, with regular monthly travel to our Hyde, Manchester office.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in client relationship management.
* Strong skills in diary management and team coordination.
* A confident, proactive communicator – comfortable delivering briefings both face-to-face and online (Teams).
* A commercially aware mindset with a track record in sales and upselling.
* Resilient and forward-thinking approach to dynamic, fast-moving situations
* Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.
* Experience in the automotive sector or a similar fast-paced industry is desirable.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
