Accounts Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a local organisation who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all transactional duties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Liaising with suppliers
* Performing credit control duties
* Reconciling of credit notes and supplier payments
* Allocating payments
* Processing documents
* Assisting in month-end processes
* Filing and record keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in financial accounting software
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Great attention to detail
