ABOUT THE ROLE As our Spa Therapist at our Wellness Spa in the Cotswolds, you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. You will provide a range of professional beauty treatments including nails and waxing to the highest standards, ensuring every guest receives a personalised, relaxing experience. Your responsibilities will include managing treatment bookings, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness products, and guiding guests on their wellness journey. With a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork, you'll contribute to maintaining the spa's exceptional standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike SALARY: 27, 934 HOURS: Full Time 40 hours including weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake full assessment of clients' requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered Carry out Bamford treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures. Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all retail products and treatment and recommend to clients. Support the Spa Manager with any other ad-hoc duties. SKILLS NEEDED Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Award Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences, NVQ Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 (Senior).
