PEOPLE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (FIXED-TERM) £26,700 per annum Hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days home-working. This is a fixed-term role until Friday 16 April 2027 In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate People administration, providing first-line support to colleagues and managers. You will ensure consistent service delivery throughout all stages of the colleague lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, compliance and a strong customer service focus. You will also support projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives as required. Working closely with the village and Forest House People teams, you will help ensure a seamless end-to-end transactional process through to Payroll. You will also support the effective administration of Learning and Development activities, assisting managers, colleagues and the Talent team as needed. Your responsibilities will include generating relevant reports, uploading records of prior learning and ensuring colleague learning records are accurate and up to date. HOURS OF WORK This is a fixed-term role until Friday 16 April 2027 You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Strong administrative and data input experience Excellent interpersonal skills and team player Strong organisation skills and attention to detail GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language Excellent keyboard skills / systems experience A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Confidentiality and integrity Desirable requirements: Previous experience of working within an HR Environment ABOUT THE BENEFITS Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
