What the role involves
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and/or KS2.
* Working 1:1, in small groups, or with the whole class.
* Supporting pupils with SEN and adapting strategies to meet their needs.
* Helping create a positive, fun, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Being a reliable, supportive presence that teachers can count on.
What we’re looking for
* A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working in primary schools.
* Confidence working with KS1, KS2, or both.
* Someone friendly, flexible, and committed to supporting children’s learning.
