Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, innovative organisation who are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have real ownership, influence, and the freedom to shape how recruitment is delivered. You’ll be joining a purpose-led organisation within the healthcare sector, one that is continuing to invest in its people, technology, and future.

They’re at an exciting stage of growth, expanding their reach and evolving how they attract and retain talent. As a result, they’re looking for a confident, experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full ownership of the recruitment function while also contributing to wider strategic projects.
This isn’t a “process-only” role. It’s a chance to build, improve, and leave your mark.
The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting internally within an SME setting and be comfortable managing high-volume hiring, particularly for junior to mid-level positions.
The Role

* Driving improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working
* Supporting wider employer branding initiatives to help the business stand out in a competitive market
* Using data and insights to refine and improve hiring outcomes
* Getting involved in broader talent and people projects as the business grows
