What this role is about As a Healthcare Sales Advisor, you will manage your own sales pipeline of customers, and provide them with advice on the Vitality proposition. The first step is to listen carefully and find out exactly what the customer needs. Then, you’ll present the most suitable cover, making sure they’ve got all the information they require before making the sale. Sales experience and/or contact centre sales is required. As for the rest, we’re interested in your people skills: communication and sales skills. Key actions:
4. Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects.
5. Follow up on enquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into sales.
6. Clearly explain Vitality’s unique health insurance offerings and benefits.
7. Tailor recommendations to match the customer’s needs and circumstances.
8. Ensure customers are fully informed before making a purchasing decision.
9. Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
10. Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices.
11. Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
