A Day in the Life:
Imagine a day in the life of Chef De Partie at Burger and Lobster as a thrilling culinary adventure! Your day starts with a thorough station check. You ensure our top-notch ingredients and equipment are perfectly organised for a day of gastronomic adventure. Meticulous organisation and seamless communication come naturally to you. You conduct routine temperature and date checks, upholding HACCP standards to make sure our food is not only delicious but also safe to enjoy!
With your exceptional skills, the lobsters and beef, you create culinary wonders. At day end, you perform a meticulous kitchen clean-up, leaving your station gleaming for the next days conquest.
