Job Description:
* Planning and deliveringtailored learning programmesfor pupils with a range ofSEND, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Creating asafe,structured, andstimulatingclassroom environment that supports bothacademic progressandemotional wellbeing
* Working closely withteaching assistants, theSENCO, and external agencies to implementEHCPsand targeted interventions
* Usingdifferentiated teaching strategiesandmulti-sensory approachesto meet individual learning needs
* Monitoring pupil progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing toreview meetings
* Buildingpositive relationshipswith pupils, families, and colleagues to support holistic development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience in working within a SEN setting (desirable but not essential)
* Iscompassionate,patient, and committed toinclusive education
* Have a strong understanding ofSEND strategies,EHCP processes, andbehaviour support techniques
* Demonstrates excellentcommunicationandteamworkingskills
* Is reflective,resilient, and committed toongoing professional development
* Can adapt teaching to meet theindividual needsof every learner
