Maintenance Engineer – In House, Enfield £42k

Job description –
The scope of services to be provided by the engineering Technician includes, but is not limited to:
1. Responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative tasks
2. Responsible for supporting reactive maintenance tasks allocated via the CAFM system
3. Attend to engineering faults and failures to set priority response and fix times, ensuring safe working environments and maintaining business operations with minimal downtime.
4. Undertake routine maintenance tasks across critical, essential, and non-essential building systems and assets, including HVAC, electrical, public health, fire, and all other building engineering systems.
5. Across office and engineering environments, undertake measurements and surveys as directed.
6. maintenance, reactive, and emergency call-out tasks.
7. Complete all allocated annual training and performance objectives.
8. Contribute to encouraging and embedding a strong team-working and continuous improvement environment.
Requirements
9. Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or transferable) within a relevant engineering subject.
