As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, following the National Curriculum.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Adapt quickly to different schools and confidently follow their individual policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships with pupils, supporting both academic and social development.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
Complete marking and assessment tasks where required to support continuity of learning.What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Experience in a primary school setting with strong curriculum knowledge.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
