Location: Runcorn
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours: 40 per week
Salary: £13.19 per hour, £30.00 additional sleep‑in rate

Responsibilities
* Delivering the highest quality care for children
* Offering guidance, support and structure to their everyday lives
* Supporting the young people to engage and access education
* Promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive living choices
* Accessing clinically‑led training to improve skills and develop practice
* Household duties
* Record keeping and report writing
* Organising days out (e.g. social events, shopping, cinema, swimming)
* Coordinating contacts, visits, key work meetings and therapy sessions
* Providing transport for the young people to access different provisions
Qualifications
* Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
* Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Previous experience working in a therapeutic environment or holding therapeutic qualifications
* Experience supporting and leading educational engagement
* Previous leadership skills and qualifications
* Higher level training and qualifications

Shift Pattern
16/24 hour (including sleep‑in) on a one on two off or two on four off basis.
