Job Description for a Property Manager
* Maintaining and developing tenant relationships
* Addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy
* Overseeing tenant moves alongside coordination of leases and agreements
* Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
* Completing ongoing property maintenance
* Chasing arrears
* Managing a multi-property portfolio (170+ properties) as part of a team
* Updating listings and conducting lettings negotiations
Job Skills Required for a Property Manager
* Proven experience in the property sector
* Highly organised with good time management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Computer literate including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
* Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
* Must be a driver and have own car
