We are looking for a Sales Co‑ordinator to support our Business Development Managers and maintain high standards of service and safety in the Electrical & Hazardous Area Equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
* Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts
* Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
* Expedite customer and supplier orders, handling returns and non-conformances
* Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean and current data
* Support Business Development Managers with sales coordination tasks
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with our core values
Requirements
* Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades
* CompEx Foundation (or willingness to complete)
* Training in Customer Service, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking provided
