We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and have a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and adhering to care plans.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition using IT systems.
* Foster a supportive and friendly environment that encourages client engagement and participation.
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Experience
* Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is an advantage.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.
* Basic IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and documentation.
