Levels Invited to Apply:
• 1-3 Years PQE
• 4-6 Years PQE

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal advice on complex commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Support clients across diverse business sectors
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and due diligence
• Manage multiple concurrent legal matters with precision
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain exceptional standards of client service
Requirements (Tailored by Experience Level):
Mid-Level Solicitors (1-6 PQE):
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• Demonstrable experience in commercial transactions
• Proven track record of client management
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Senior Solicitors (7+ PQE):
• Extensive experience in complex commercial matters
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic legal thinking
• Ability to develop client relationships
Essential Skills (Across All Levels):
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Robust legal research capabilities

Desirable Skills:
