About the Role:
You'll be working directly with children and young people with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. These roles offer invaluable experience for those pursuing careers in:
* Educational Psychology
* Speech & Language Therapy
* SEN Teaching
* Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services
* Clinical Psychology
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
* Assist with classroom activities and emotional regulation
* Support pupils' social and academic development
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology (or related subject)
* A genuine interest in SEN and child development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
