Are you an experienced Technician/ Workshop foreman ready to take your career to the next level or a Service Manager looking for a change of industry in Service Manager ready to take the reins of a busy, high-performing service department?
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the Service department, managing staff, maintaining customer relationships, and driving departmental profitability. You’ll ensure technicians are motivated and supported to deliver top-quality repairs, while maintaining clear communication between management, customers, and your team.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of the agricultural engineering sector.
Proven management or supervisory experience in a busy service environment
Ability to mentor, direct, and motivate a team of technicians
Familiarity with profit/loss, KPI targets, and manufacturer warranty systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
Highly organised, able to multitask efficiently, and proactive in problem-solving
Confident in handling staff matters in line with company procedures
Capable of managing customer expectations and working independently when needed

Additional Information:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (42 hours, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
