Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality mechanical design work in accordance with nuclear and project-specific standards. Produce and review engineering documentation including specifications, calculations, and drawings. Ensure designs comply with relevant legislation and standards, including CE marking and the Machinery Directive. Support and contribute to design reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective technical delivery. Work across all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept to detailed design. Ideal Candidate: Solid background in mechanical engineering within the nuclear sector. Experience in the design of safety-critical mechanical systems - glovebox experience is highly desirable.
