We are delighted to be working with a NHS Trust in North London to find an interim Project Manager to advance the key fire safety remediation projects on site. This role is crucial for advancing key fire safety remediation projects at the north London based Hospital. The position is integral to their ongoing efforts to address significant fire safety deficiencies in some areas and encompassing other buildings on site ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing patient, staff, and public safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct management and delivery of two critical projects: 1. Dry Riser Installation: This project involves the installation of four dry risers in various buildings across the hospital site. The project involves finalising the design and installation works of the dry riser including associated structural surveys and builders works, including any required building control/planning approvals required. This project is essential to ensure compliant dry risers/fire mains and appropriate hose distances across the relevant blocks. Anticipated project value c£250k. 2.
