Job Title: Change Lead
Location: Portsmouth, on site at least 3 days per week
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team
As Change Lead, you will be responsible for turning vision into action, embedding new ways of working, developing processes and building internal capability for change.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you will lead on critical projects and support the broader modernisation of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Lead and deliver change initiatives across the business
* Support executive members in delivering specific strategic projects focused on:
* Revenue generation
* Cost control
* Operational efficiency
* Modernisation and automation
* Build internal change capability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Identify change risks and mitigation strategies
* Track, measure, and report on change impact and adoption
* Serve as a trusted advisor and change partner to the CEO and other senior leaders
What we're looking for
You will bring significant experience in leading change in an operational environment where you are both strategic and hands-on, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver tangible outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience delivering and embedding large-scale change programmes in operational businesses
* Track record of working with systems and workforce planning
* Strong project and change management skills (e.g. PRINCE2, Prosci or similar)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a down-to-earth approach
* Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements
* Experience reporting at Executive and Board level
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
* Experience in the transport or hospitality sector
* Familiarity with change in unionised or highly structured operational settings
* Exposure to automation and digital transformation projects

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
