The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key UK retail accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional levels of service. This role requires a commercially focused and proactive individual with proven experience in managing high-volume retail accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong and effective relationships * Deliver excellent customer service and ensure OTIF delivery * Represent the business in meetings with retailers, consistently exceeding expectations * Communicate packaging/labelling requirements internally to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment * Work closely with internal teams across buying, design, compliance, and logistics * Monitor and manage critical paths to ensure deadlines are achieved * Oversee testing, quality checks, and certifications as required * Mentor and support members of the sales team, including training and workload management Skills & Experience: * Strong account management experience with major UK retailers and/or supermarkets * Proven background in FMCG or related fast-paced product categories * Experience of working directly with buyers on private-label product ranges beneficial * Highly commercial mindset with strong customer focus * Excellent communicator, confident in building relationships at all levels * Skilled in managing complex, high-volume accounts with multiple SKUs * Strong MS Excel skills and excellent attention to detail * Proactive, driven, and confident in taking ownership of projects This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a growing business and play a pivotal role in its continued success
