Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PSV Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy vehicle maintenance, specifically with public service vehicles such as buses and coaches.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of PSV vehicles.
* Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
* Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT tests.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
* Proven experience as a PSV Technician or in a similar role.
* NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
* Strong knowledge of PSV systems and components.
* Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving license; PSV license is a plus.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
