They are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to join their Chester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly team offering high-quality legal services across the real estate sector. Responsibilities include: Opening and maintaining files in accordance with risk management procedures. Drafting statements and liaising with clients under supervision. Producing client care correspondence and attending routine client appointments. Conducting searches via Searchflow or direct authority portals. Using HMLR portal for downloading documents, bankruptcy searches, and online applications. Collating title bundles, scanning deeds, and maintaining document management systems. Handling post-completion formalities including registration and SDLT submissions. Assisting with invoice and account documentation preparation. Copy typing and preparing legal documents using firm precedents and external resources. Creating correspondence and legal documents via audio typing with accurate proofreading. Managing client communication via phone and email. Supporting general secretarial duties within the team. What we need from you: At least 6 months’ experience as a Real Estate Legal Secretary.
