Aim of Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly team.You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces. What You’ll Be Doing: Create a warm, personalised welcome for every guest Taking food and drink orders Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally Preparing and setting up restaurant and bar areas Maintaining cleanliness and presentational standards Handling payments and operating the till Supporting weddings, events, and private functions Delivering outstanding customer service at all times What We’re Looking For: Confidence in communication Customer service skills A warm, caring, and professional manner Previous hospitality experience (not essential) A positive, can-do attitude Teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for food, drink, and guest service Someone who enjoys learning and development Why Join Us?
