Telemarketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (OTE 60k-70k)
Location: Bournemouth
Hours of work: Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs.)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling to prospective customers.
* Research, identify and qualify prospects against target customer profiles.
* Book qualified appointments and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team.
* Build rapport with decision‑makers and clearly communicate the value proposition.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to maximise conversion.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a target‑driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment.
* Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow‑ups, callbacks and workload effectively.
* Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications.
