As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the administration across the business. You'll support different departments as needed, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining records, and coordinating various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule and prioritise engineering work
2. Maintain support contract call out pages
3. Coordinate professional training and qualifications
4. Manage security clearance processes
5. Update engineering data and act as Information Manager
6. Ensure safety equipment compliance
7. Report on T-sheets and SO for efficiency monitoring
8. Coordinate office returns and act as customer contact for Engineering
Service Responsibilities
* Assist with the service mailbox
* Follow up on service quotes and manufacturer service lines
* Create sales orders and update management reports
Hire Responsibilities
* Pick and quality check hire equipment
* Manage hire fleet records and stock levels
* Book courier collections and assist the warehouse team
* Create sales orders and maintain stock records
* Assist with daily operational tasks
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
* A-levels or higher in administrative or business management subjects or equivalent experience
* Ability to pass CRB and Disclosure Scotland checks
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Office management and administrative experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
