Building Surveyor (Repairs & Maintenance)
Location: Liverpool. Salary: Up to £45k. Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity.

The Role
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality responsive repairs and maintenance service. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents to ensure works are carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
* Carrying out property inspections and diagnosing building defects
* Managing day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance works
* Preparing specifications of work and overseeing contractors on site
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety and relevant regulations
* Supporting customer-focused service delivery, ensuring a positive tenant experience
* Working collaboratively with housing and maintenance teams
* Monitoring performance, quality, and value for money
About You
We're looking for someone who is technically strong but equally passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* A recognised qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent
* Experience within social housing, repairs, and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of building pathology and defect diagnosis
* Experience managing contractors and overseeing works
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
