About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established FM provider, working on a secure, long-term contract within a professional and high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out planned maintenance on gas appliances and pipework in line with industry standards
Attending reactive and emergency breakdowns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Completing minor installation works where required
Supporting wider M&E maintenance across site when needed
Ensuring all certification, reports, and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Supervising subcontractors on site, ensuring quality of work and Health & Safety compliance
Working closely with the FM team and Contract Supervisor
Meeting contractual KPIs and service level agreements
Participating in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours coverWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:
Current Gas Safe Registration
Commercial gas qualifications: COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TCPA1
Unvented Hot Water certification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environment
Strong knowledge of commercial gas systems and plant
Experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating services (multi-skilled)
Full UK driving licenceDesirable:
18th Edition (C&G 2382)
OFTEC qualifications (101, 102, 105, 600)
IOSH / CSCS / CSR certificationsWhy Apply?
