Cambridge (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
£70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
Do you love being directly responsible for marketing that makes a measurable impact? Do you thrive when supporting sales, running campaigns, launching products, managing PR, and seeing real results from your work?
This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, fast-growing tech business where you will own the full marketing mix from start to finish. Youll be part of a two-person marketing team, fully executing strategies while working closely with sales and senior leadership.
What Youll Be Doing
* Lead generation & sales enablement: Run campaigns that generate qualified leads, and create materials that help close deals, presentations, product sheets, demos, case studies, email campaigns.
* Product launches & PR: Take full ownership of product launches and PR initiatives,plan, execute, and measure success.
* Campaign execution & optimisation: Manage multi-channel campaigns, email, social, website, digital ads, tracking engagement, conversions, and ROI.
* Hands-on content & digital management: Create, post, and optimise content across Pardot, Salesforce, social channels, CMS, and e-commerce platforms.
* CRM & analytics: Track, report, and optimise all marketing activity so you can see exactly whats working.
* Sprint-based working: Thrive in short, focused cycles where priorities shift quickly and action matters.
Who You Are
* Experienced in B2B tech or hardware, with a proven record of campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* Comfortable leading marketing while doing the work yourself, not just managing, but actively executing campaigns and content.
* Data-driven: measure success with real numbers, leads, conversions, engagement, ROI.
* Skilled with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS, Shopify.
* Adaptable, proactive, and creative, ready for a varied, fast-paced role.
