Your new role
You will lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring systems and processes scale effectively to support continued growth. This is a varied position combining hands-on operational management with strategic systems development. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the end-to-end customer order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
* Developing sales forecasts and production schedules in collaboration with commercial and production teams
* Driving continuous improvement in operational systems, including ERP platforms
* Creating and maintaining KPI reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights
* Overseeing supply chain coordination, ensuring material availability and optimising inventory levels
* Building strong supplier relationships and managing supply chain risk
* Leading and developing an administrative team, with scope to expand the function as the business grows
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management
* Strong systems aptitude with ERP experience
* Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements and implement change
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Experience managing or coordinating across multiple stakeholders
* Clear and confident communicator at all levels
